Sales & Marketing

Marketing Executive

Drive brand growth, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term Nexora clients across residential, commercial and diaspora investor segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing estates.
  • Prospect, qualify and close individual and corporate clients through calls, meetings and site inspections.
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey — from first inquiry to allocation and referral.
  • Plan and run digital campaigns, open-day events, webinars and diaspora outreach programmes.
  • Own the CRM: track pipeline, follow-ups, conversion rates and monthly targets.
  • Represent Nexora at real estate expos, community forums and investor roundtables.
  • Collaborate with the media team on content, testimonials and property presentations.
  • Provide market intelligence and weekly performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in sales, marketing or business development (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong personal network and confident public speaker.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with performance-based incentives.
Legal & Compliance

Legal Advisor

Safeguard every transaction. Lead property due diligence, documentation, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution across Nexora's estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct title investigations, land searches and legal due diligence on all properties before acquisition or listing.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts of sale, deeds of assignment, subscription agreements, joint-venture agreements and NDAs.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with land use, corporate, tax and consumer protection laws.
  • Liaise with government agencies, Land Registries, surveyors and external solicitors.
  • Advise management on legal risk in new projects, partnerships and marketing communications.
  • Support the NEXPID verification service with independent legal opinions.
  • Manage litigation, arbitration and client disputes; represent the company where required.
  • Maintain a secure, well-indexed archive of all corporate and property documents.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • LL.B, B.L; must be called to the Nigerian Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-call experience, preferably with exposure to real estate, property or corporate/commercial practice.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Land Use Act, CAMA and relevant property legislation.
  • Excellent legal drafting, research and negotiation skills.
  • High integrity, sound judgement and the ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.
  • Membership of NBA in good standing; additional qualifications (LL.M, ICSAN, CIArb) are an advantage.
Finance

Accountant

Own the financial engine of Nexora Properties — bookkeeping, reporting, tax, treasury and financial controls across all estates and business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate books of account and post daily transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including client installment plans and vendor payments.
  • Handle payroll, statutory deductions (PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF) and remittances.
  • Prepare and file VAT, WHT, CIT and other tax returns; liaise with FIRS and state internal revenue services.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning for the group.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls to protect company assets.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and management audits.
  • Provide financial analysis to support pricing, project feasibility and investment decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on accounting experience (real estate or construction sector is an advantage).
  • Part or fully qualified ICAN / ACCA (or actively pursuing) is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books or similar) and advanced Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax law.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
